How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.

What is Pandora’s exchange policy?

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations.  Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.  Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail. 

Exchange in store:
a. Find your nearest Pandora store at stores.pandora.net.
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to exchange to the Pandora store.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

For Store Closures please see below how to handle exchanges: 
a. Return original item via the enclosed return label and return form.
b. Go onto our website and select new size/style and purchase.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

How do I cancel an order?
Our goal at Pandora is process and ship orders quickly.  Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.  

You may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. PANDORA Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

What happens if my order is out of stock?
Sometimes we are forced to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed for other reasons. Please sign-up to be notified on the product page for when the item becomes available again by clicking on “Notify Me”. 

If you paid via PayPal, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid. 
If you paid via credit/debit card, your card will not be charged.

Can payment be split between a credit card and another form of payment?
We allow split payments between one of the accepted credit or debit cards and a Pandora Gift Card. Payments cannot be split  among multiple cards or with PayPal.                    

 

What if the price of an item changes after I purchased it?
We are not able to process price adjustments for previous purchases as prices fluctuate due to trends, stock, and consumer demand. 
When will I receive my electronic gift card (e-card)? 
E-Cards are sent over email to the gift recipient on the same day, if the order is placed during business days. If ordered on a non-business day (Saturday/Sunday), the E-Gift card will be sent to the recipient the next available business day.

What should I do if I received a damaged item?

In the rare occurrence that an item was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Care center or visit your nearest Pandora store for an exchange.

For in store exchanges please bring a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

Does Pandora accept international cards with billing address outside of the U.S?
The Pandora US Online store accepts  international cards with billing address outside of the U.S. with the exception of the following countries: Albania, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burma, Croatia, Cuba, Greece, Iran, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Montenegro, N. Korea, Serbia, Slovenia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Turkey. 

We allow international cards only for shipments within the U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
