What are your shipping options and delivery times?

 

Due to carrier delays during Holidays it may take longer than expected for your package to arrive. We thank you for your patience.

Orders ship Monday to Friday excluding US Federal holidays.

*Orders will arrive in 20-23 days if ordered before 1pm EST Mon-Fri. We do not offer this on weekends.

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

 

What is Pandora’s return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. PANDORA Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 5 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

Returns by mail:
a. Fill out the return form provided in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
b. Place merchandise and return form in the package.
c. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
d. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.
e. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. Pandora cannot reimburse the cost of shipping using this method.
f. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excludes original shipping cost)
g. Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 5 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.
h. If you cannot locate the return form or prepaid label, please contact the Pandora Jewelry Customer Care Center for further assistance.

Returns to a Pandora Store:
a. Find your nearest Pandora store at stores.pandora.net.
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to return to the Pandora store.
c. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. EXCEPTION: Online purchases using Klarna and Afterpay are not allowed to be returned in-store and must follow the returns by mail option. Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.

What is Pandora’s exchange policy?

Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Pandora US Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations.  Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.  Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail.

Exchange in store:
a. Find your nearest Pandora store at stores.pandora.net.
b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to exchange to the Pandora store.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

For Store Closures please see below how to handle exchanges: 
a. Return original item via the enclosed return label and return form.
b. Go onto our website and select new size/style and purchase.

Our goal at Pandora is process and ship orders quickly.  Once you have received your confirmation email, the order has already been sent for processing and cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
